MoP-UP: A Powerful App for Poverty Reduction

MoP-UP is an Android app developed by Triline Infotech Pvt Ltd and promoted by Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM). It is an integral part of UPSRLM’s technology platform, aiming to integrate Gram Pradhans, village-level functionaries, and cadres associated with the Mission.

The app serves as a digital platform that connects UPSRLM-empaneled banking and training partners, as well as select DBT departments such as Labour and Basic Education. Its primary objective is to enumerate and enable 5 lakh Ultra-poor families to access DBT payout provisions from various departments, thereby triggering brisk poverty reduction.

With MoP-UP, Gram Pradhans and other village-level functionaries can efficiently manage and track the progress of poverty reduction initiatives. The app provides a seamless interface for accessing banking and training services, as well as facilitating digital integration with DBT departments. This integration ensures that eligible families receive timely financial support and access to essential resources.
